Friday Freaky 'Red Love' Fatwas

A young Arab asks his father, "What is that weird hat you are wearing?"

The father said, "Why, it's a 'chechia' because in the desert it protects our heads from the sun."
"And what is this type of clothing that you are wearing?" asked the young man.
"It's a 'djbellah' because in the desert it is very hot and it protects your body." said the father.
The son asked, "And what about those ugly shoes on your feet?
His father replied, "These are 'babouches", which keep us from burning our feet when in the desert."
"Tell me," added the boy.
"Yes, my son?"
"Why are you living in Dearborn, Michigan and still wearing all this shit?"
Thanks Layne :D

A Muslim asks a scholar

I've heard that it's wrong for men to wear red. Is this true?

And the scholar replied

Praise be to Allah.

The scholars differed concerning the ruling on men wearing red clothes (gee, what a surprise), and different Hadith have been narrated concerning that. Some Hadith indicate that wearing red is forbidden, whilst others indicate that it is permitted.

It is possible to reconcile between them because the Hadith do not contradict with one another in fact, as the source is one. The correct view concerning this matter is that the Hadith can be reconciled in the following manner:

It is permissible to wear red clothes if the red is combined with another colour; it is not permissible to wear plain red, because the Prophet forbade doing so.
Translation, these scholars believe Muhammad was equal to Allah and could forbid what Allah did not.

There follows a discussion of some of the hadith on this issue:
A- The Hadith which forbid wearing plain red.

1- From al-Baraa’ ibn ‘Aazib: “The Prophet forbade us to use soft red mattresses and garments with woven stripes of silk.”
Narrated by who else? al-Bukhaari. I’m convinced he thinks he was a prophet.

2. From Ibn ‘Abbaas, who said: “I was forbidden to wear red garments and gold rings, and to recite Quran in the rukoo bent over prayer position’.”
So what? Maybe he pissed off Muhammad, either way, he’s dead. Shia say he taqiyya’d.

3. From ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Amr ibn al-Aas, who said: “A man passed by the Prophet wearing two red garments and greeted him with salaam, but muhammad did not return the greeting.”
Can you believe they pulled the forbidden red out of this silly Hadith? Maybe al-aas just didn’t hear it.

According to the scholars, the meaning of this hadith is that the Prophet disliked the wearing of garments dyed with safflower (the red dyestuff obtained from safflowers), but he had no objection to garments dyed with clay or other substances, so long as it was not dyed with safflower.
Yeah, or not. Maybe it shouldn’t matter what dead folks 1400 years ago wore.

B. A Hadith which may be understood to mean that it is permissible to wear red if it is mixed with another colour:

1. From Hilaal ibn ‘Aamir from his father, who said: “I saw the Messenger of Allah in Mina, giving a prayer sitting on his mule, wearing a red cloak..’
Awesome.

2. The hadith of al-Baraa’ ibn ‘Aazib said: “The Messenger of Allah was of average build. I saw him in a red hullah, and I never saw anyone more handsome than him.
Really…hmm….

3. From al-Baraa’, who said: “I never saw anyone who has hair wearing a red hullah (a suit of two Yemeni garments which are woven with red and black stripes, or red and green stripes). and looking more handsome than the Messenger of Allah. He had hair down to his shoulders, he was broad-shouldered and was neither short nor tall.”
Seems he looked hot in red.

4. From al-Baraa’ who said: “The Messenger of Allah had hair down to his earlobes. I saw him wearing a red hullah, and I have never seen anyone more handsome than him.”
Really hot.

5. Al-Bayhaqi narrated in al-Sunan: “The Prophet used to wear a red cloak on Eid.”
To answer the question this scholar says; that was a stupid question. And the Hadith were stupid. Believers today should realize that the first believers were seen as the worst of the worst. Just look at the stupid things they wrote down. It’s almost as if they want to make Muhammad look like an idiot.

Love

A Muslim asks a scholar

If a girl loves a boy from afar, has she committed a sin?.

And the scholar replies
Praise be to Allaah.
Islam came to close the doors that lead to evil and sin, and is keen to block all the means that may lead to corruption of hearts and minds. Love and infatuation between the sexes are among the worst of problems.

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah said in Majmoo’ al-Fataawa (10/129):

Love is a psychological sickness, and if it grows strong it affects the body, and becomes a physical sickness, either as diseases of the brain, which are said to be diseases of the body such as weakness, emaciation and so on.
That’s only freaky bizarre until you read this…

It is sufficient to note that one of the effects of love of a member of the opposite sex is enslavement of the heart which is held captive to the loved one. So love is a door that leads to humiliation and servility. That is sufficient to put one off this sickness.
Seriously?

If a man is in love with a woman, even if she is permissible for him, his heart remains enslaved to her, and she can control him as she wishes, even though outwardly he appears to be her master, because he is her husband; but in fact he is her prisoner and slave, especially if she is aware of his need and love for her. In that case, she will control him like a harsh and oppressive master controls his abject slave who cannot free himself from him. Rather he is worse off than that, because enslavement of the heart is worse than enslavement of the body.
Maybe the scholars want the men to be gay?? Loving a woman is sick, sick, sick. Better call a doctor….

He should not feel too shy to consult intelligent and trustworthy people for advice or consult some doctors and psychologists, because he may find some remedy with them. In doing that he must be patient, seek reward, remain chaste and keep quiet, and Allah will decree reward for him in sha Allah.
as ‘Umar did when he offered his daughter Hafsah in marriage to Abu Bakr and ‘Uthmaan’…..
Break free from those who would have you live a miserable life by trying to imitate the first believers. They were not better than you, and they certainly weren’t smarter. Just ask yourself; why were you born with a brain?

Next week is Valentine’s day, a celebration of love. The day after that is Muhammad’s birthday. These ridiculous scholars have made both illegal. They do not want you to have joy they do not want you to be happy because---they must rule by fear.

Next week I will post fatwas on why these scholars do not want you to challenge their leadership or to seek freedom. You might want to find a head sized condom for your mind because it truly is a mind f@ck.
