Sharia on Saturday; Female Genital Mutilation

What is Sharia law?

The word Sharia is an Arabic word.  In English it translates to; A Path to a Watering hole.
Instantly I think, we don’t need Sharia, we have indoor plumbing.

Sharia laws are used in all 57 Islamic countries but not all have the same path to the watering hole.

Sharia is a set of religious guidelines and laws which all religions have and they came from an ancient group of maniacs, war lords and sex fools that we call prophets.
The idea behind all paths to a watering hole is to control every moment of your life.  Prayers, food, who to marry, when to marry, why you marry, sex, babies and all things domestic.   Every religion has laws to deal with these issues.
And all paths to a watering hole have rules on war, when you can have one, who you can kill, who becomes a slave, how do you treat the ones who submit, war booty, weapons and all the funs stuff that goes along with wars.

And there are rules on how to conduct business, money, banking, civil laws, dress codes, holidays and other societal matters.

And just like all the paths to a watering hole not all of the laws are workable today, like those of Leviticus and Deuteronomy. But in lands where tribal laws are the rule, if you shut them out you won’t shut them down.  We have to look at the reality, the intent of the laws just as other religions have had to do.  It’s called reform.

One ancient tribal law is that of Female Genital Mutilation.  This practice predates Judaism, Christianity and Islam.  No one really knows where it originated, though some believe it started in ancient Egypt.

FMG was pretty much an unknown practice to most westerners, unless they watched the 1990’s CNN documentary.  It wasn’t until after 9-11 that it became attached solely to Islam.  This attention has brought about much needed changes in laws to prevent this barbaric mutilation of young girls.  But there’s still much work to be done.   And it doesn’t begin and end with just one path to a watering hole.

But let’s start with Islam.  Was FMG invented by Muhammad?   After reading well over 500,000 Hadith there is only one that speaks of FGM.  This Hadith is considered weak by scholars.  Yet most Muslims know of this Hadith.

Narrated Umm Atiyyah al-Ansariyyah: "A woman used to perform circumcision in Medina. The Prophet said to her: Do not cut severely as that is better for a woman and more desirable for a husband.”

That’s it.  FGM was being practiced in Medina, formally known as Yathrib, before the arrival of Muhammad.  Those who know the history of Medina also known as ‘the radiant city, know that it was a well known oasis.  Jewish tribes, Yemini Arab tribes, Egyptians and the assorted pagans from everywhere.  It was here in Medina where the woman was performing female circumcisions.  Muhammad was not shocked and that tells me that it was probably common practice and probably often severe.

The advice was not to cut severely.

But there is no evidence that any of Muhammad’s wives or daughters were circumcised.   Considering there are so many Hadith, you’d think there would be more evidence that Muhammad or even his companions believed that FMG was a religious ritual.  There is no mention of FMG in the Quran.  In fact, you’re forbidden to mutilate yourself.  So how did this Hadith survive?  My bet is that there were many Africans and Egyptians that still followed this practice and the reason was...

“In most FGM societies one important belief is that this procedure will reduce a women's desire for sex and in doing so will reduce the chance of sex outside the marriage. This is vital to this society as her honor for the family is depended on her not to be opened up prior to marriage.

Some view the clitoris and the labia as male parts on a female body, thus removal of these parts enhances the femininity of the girl.

It is also believed that unless a female has undergone this procedure she is unclean and will not be allowed to handle food or water.

Some groups believe that if the clitoris touches a man's penis the man will die. As well as the belief that if a baby's head touches the clitoris that the baby will die or the breast milk will be poisonous.

The belief that an unmutilated female can not conceive, therefore the female should be militated in order to become fertile.

Bad genital odors can only be eliminated by removing the clitoris and labia minora.

Prevents vaginal cancer.

An unmodified clitoris can lead to masturbation or lesbianism.

Prevents nervousness from developing in girls and women.

Prevents the face from turning yellow.

Makes a women's face more beautiful.

Older men may not be able to match their wives sex drive.

Intact clitoris will generate sexual arousal and in women if repressed can cause nervousness.

Pretty freaking bizarre theories but back in the day, superstition ruled.

Some people think only Muslims practice FGM but that’s not true.  Look at Kenya…

The vast majority of Kenyans are Christian (83%), with 47.7% regarding themselves as Protestant and 23.5% as Roman Catholic. Muslim 11.2%.  Sizeable minorities of other faiths do exist.

“Although many people believe that FGC is associated with Islam, it is not. FGC is not supported by any religion and is condemned by many religious leaders. The practice crosses religious barriers. Muslims, Christians, and Jews have been known to support FGC on their girls.

No religious text requires or even supports cutting female genitals. From a Christian perspective, FGC has no religious grounds either. In fact, research shows that the relationship between religion and FGC is inconsistent at best.

However, even though religious texts don’t support FGC, some people still think the two are linked and claim religious teachings support FGC.

In six of the countries where FGC is practiced — Ethiopia, Cote d'Ivoire, Kenya, Senegal, Benin, and Ghana — Muslim population groups are more likely to practice FGC than Christian groups. In Nigeria, Tanzania, and Niger, though, the prevalence is greater among Christian groups.

Now isn’t that surprising?....and totally sick?

Nigeria is roughly half Muslim and half Christian.  FMG of the worst kind is still practiced in this country.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religion_in_Nigeria

“This problem is prevalent in Africa and some parts of Asia countries. In Africa according to a pamphlet issued by the Federal Ministry of Health, Nigeria it is more prevalent in Djibouti, Egypt, Somalia, Mali, Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone and the Gambia. The Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda has the lowest rate. It is also practiced widely among some religions of Asian origin. It is very minimal in Europe.”
http://www.fgmnetwork.org/countries/nigeria.htm

So many horrible stories….

“And in Kurdistan TUZ KHURMATU, Iraq  Sheelan Anwar Omer, a shy 7-year-old Kurdish girl, bounded into her neighbor's house with an ear-to-ear smile, looking for the party her mother had promised.

The practice of female circumcision is extremely rare in the Arab parts of Iraq, according to women's groups. They say it is not clear why the practice common in some parts of Africa and the Middle East became popular with Iraqi Kurds but not Iraqi Arabs”
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wpdyn/content/article/2008/12/28/AR2008122802005.html?hpid=topnews&sid=ST2009010702598

FGM does predate Islam, but most Muslims do not practice this. FGM was also practice by Falasha (Ethiopian Jews). The remaining FGM society's follow traditional Animist religions.

“Female genital mutilation (FGM), also known as female genital cutting and female circumcision, is defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as "all procedures that involve partial or total removal of the external female genitalia, or other injury to the female genital organs for non-medical reasons."

FGM is typically carried out on girls from a few days old to puberty. It may take place in a hospital, but is usually performed, without anaesthesia, by a traditional circumciser using a knife, razor, or scissors. According to the WHO, it is practised in 28 countries in western, eastern, and north-eastern Africa, in parts of Asia and the Middle East, and within some immigrant communities in Europe, North America, and Australasia. The WHO estimates that 100–140 million women and girls around the world have experienced the procedure, including 92 million in Africa.

According to Amnesty, in certain societies women who have not had the procedure are regarded as too unclean to handle food and water, and there is a belief that a woman's genitals might continue to grow without FGM, until they dangle between her legs. Some groups see the clitoris as dangerous, capable of killing a man if his penis touches it, or a baby if the head comes into contact with it during birth, though Amnesty cautions that ideas about the power of the clitoris can be found elsewhere.

Gynecologists in England and the United States would remove it during the 19th century to "cure" insanity, masturbation, and nymphomania. The first reported clitoridectomy in the West was carried out in 1822 by a surgeon in Berlin on a teenage girl regarded as an "imbecile" who was masturbating.  Isaac Baker Brown (1812–1873), an English gynecologist who was president of the Medical Society of London in 1865, believed that the "unnatural irritation" of the clitoris caused epilepsy, hysteria, and mania, and would remove it "whenever he had the opportunity of doing so," according to an obituary. Peter Lewis Allen writes that his views caused outrage—or, rather, his public expression of them did—and Brown died penniless after being expelled from the Obstetrical Society.”

Damn fool.

You can read more on this at the wiki link
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Female_genital_mutilation#Practicing_countries

“The practice is nearly universal in Egypt. A government survey released last year found that 96 percent of Egyptian women who've been married have undergone some sort of genital mutilation and that nearly 70 percent of schoolgirls expected to be cut by the time they turn 18.

Those numbers encompass women across Egypt, from illiterate villagers to urban Cairenes and across religious lines.

Researchers found, for example, that nearly all Coptic Christian women undergo female genital mutilation, with church figures waging their own battles against it.”

“Zaineb's best friend, Sara Hassan, 13, has helped in the campaign against the practice, also known as female circumcision, and underwent the procedure herself. But she's still not sure they're doing the right thing.

"I'm not fully convinced," she said. "I didn't suffer afterwards at all."

“While the practice is widespread, there seems to be no religious endorsement for it, and most religious organizations in Egypt, including the highly influential Muslim Brotherhood, have ruled that Islam doesn't require it.”
http://www.wluml.org/node/3472

The truly sad part of all this, is that it is the women who insist on the procedure.  The other sad part is the silence of the men.

We have many silly people in the west who actually believe that FMG will become part of their culture.  I have absolutely no fear that FMG will ever become part of any civilized culture.  As you’ve read, most countries have taken steps to ban it altogether.  While it might take another generation to remove it from the tribes, I have faith that it will be abolished completely as knowledge through technology reaches all areas throughout the planet.

It seems that many only want to eradicate FGM in Islamic countries ---as if it’s acceptable in other countries and that’s pretty stupid.

If you’ve read all the links you know that FGM has absolutely no religious basis and that it seems to have originated in cultures that are long gone.

“..circumcised females have been found among Egyptian mummies, and that Herodotus (c. 484 BCE – c. 425 BCE) referred to the practice when he visited Egypt. There is reference on a Greek papyrus from 163 BCE to the procedure being conducted on girls in Memphis, the ancient Egyptian capital, and Strabo (c. 64 BCE – c. 23 CE), the Greek geographer, reported it when he visited Egypt in 25 BCE.

Hard to believe that we were all so stupidly superstitious as we were on our path to a watering hole, isn’t it?

Friday Freaky Fatwa; Milk banks and Judgement Day

A Muslim asks a scholar

My question is with regards to the day of judgment, from what i have read in the sahih (accurate) hadith it is stated that the day of judgment will come on Friday the 10th. My question is if it is Friday in Saudi Arabia then it will be another day in USA and so on....so basically it is never Friday all over the world at one time...please answer, this has been troubling me for some time.

And the scholar replies

Praise be to Allah.

Everyone who gives a specific time or date for the onset of the Day of Judgement is a fabricator and a liar. The onset of the Day of Resurrection is the “Hour” of which Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):

7:187 “They ask you about the Hour: ‘When will be its appointed time?’ Say: ‘The knowledge thereof is with my Lord. None can reveal its time but He’”

But when the Day of Resurrection comes, at the time which is known to Allah, which will be a Friday,
Oh, did he just call himself a liar and a fabricator?  The Quran doesn’t say it will be a Friday.

then the system of this universe, with its night and day, sun and moon and stars, will be changed. We do not know whether the America which exists today will exist then or not,
He meant Saudi Arabia because everyone knows they don’t follow the Quran at all.  They follow Hadith and make up their own laws.  And everyone knows their laws really suck.

for Allah is Able to destroy whichever of these nations He wills before the Day of Resurrection, for Allah is Able to do all things
Well, not all things.  Allah’s words have not been able to overcome the words of buky Bukhari.

and Allah knows best
If they believed that, they wouldn’t follow the laws of buky

A Muslim asks a scholar

In America there are banks known as milk banks, which buy milk from nursing mothers then sell it to women who need to give it to their children but their own milk is lacking, or they are sick or are too busy working, etc. What is the ruling on buying milk from these banks?
And the scholar replies
Praise be to Allah.

We put this question to Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih al-‘Uthaymeen, may Allah preserve him, who replied as follows:
great, more stupid laws from a dead guy who wasn’t even a prophet

This is forbidden.

It is not permissible to establish this kind of bank, because this is human milk, and the milk from different mothers will be mixed, so that no one will know who is the mother.
What??  The mother knows she’s the mother.  Stupid scholar

In Islam, drinking the milk of a woman creates the same relationship as does a close tie by blood (i.e., it has an effect on whom one may and may not marry, etc.).
Dummies.  The verse he’s twisted is speaking of foster mothers.

4:23  Prohibited to you for marriage are:- Your mothers, daughters, sisters; father's sisters, Mother's sisters; brother's daughters, sister's daughters; foster-mothers (Who gave you suck), foster-sisters; your wives' mothers; your step-daughters under your guardianship, born of your wives to whom ye have gone in,- no prohibition if ye have not gone in;- (Those who have been) wives of your sons proceeding from your loins; and two sisters in wedlock at one and the same time, except for what is past; for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful
The scholars aren’t

If the milk is of any kind other than human, then there is nothing wrong with milk banks.
yeah, that would be called a grocery store, not a bank

And Allâh knows best.

There was among the people who came before you a man who killed ninety-nine persons. Then he asked about the most knowledgeable person on earth, and was directed to a monk, so he went to him, told him that he had killed ninety-nine people and asked if his repentance could be accepted. The monk said, 'No.' So, he killed him and completed one hundred.

Then he asked about the most knowledgeable person on earth and he was directed to a scholar. He told him that he had killed one hundred people and asked whether his repentance could be accepted. The scholar said, 'Yes, what could possibly come between you and repentance? Go to such-and-such land, for in it there are people who worship Allah. Go and worship Allah with them, and do not go back to your own land, for it is a bad place.'

So, the man set out, but when he was halfway there, the angel of death came to him, and the angels of mercy and the angels of torment began to argue over him.

The angels of mercy said, 'He had repented and headed wholeheartedly to Allah.' The angels of torment said, 'He never did any good thing.'

An angel in human form came to them and they asked him to decide the matter. He said, 'Measure the distance between the two lands (his home town and the town he was heading for), and to whichever of the two he is closer is the one to which he belongs.' So they measured the distance and found that he was closer to the town for which he was heading, so the angels of mercy took him."

The moral of the story?  Trust human Angels.
Quran 17:110 Say: "Call upon Allah (God), or call upon Rahman: by whatever name ye call upon Him, (it is well): for to Him belong the Most Beautiful Names. Neither speak thy Prayer aloud, nor speak it in a low tone, but seek a middle course between."

This will be the last Friday Freaky Fatwa for awhile.

Starting next Saturday I'll be switching over to  Saturday Sharia or something like that.

Friday Freaky Fatwa--Sexy sex and worms

A Muslim asks a scholar

Is it permissible for a married couple to use certain objects (like sex toys) in their sexual relations?  Please include any possible difference between the individual usage and the usage by the couple together

And the scholar replies

It is not permissible for a man or a woman to use sexual toys, because this is considered as masturbation, and worse than masturbation.
As the Quran actually has no ruling on this; I’m thinking a wife replaced her mullah with The Rabbit.

And it is not permissible at all to buy or sell these toys, because it is a way of helping in forbidden things.
Allah Says (interpretation of meaning) 5:2 ‘..but do not help one another in sin and transgression….
Hmmm…that verse is about the sacred mosque.  Doubt anyone would sell sex toys at the sacred mosque.

If these toys represent or contain a picture (photographs) of living beings, they are forbidden, as they are statues.
No, a picture is not a statue and neither are forbidden…you’re not going to worship the people on the box, right?......right!

So, this ruling applies to using sex toys to achieve ejaculation. If they are used for other purposes, we cannot give a ruling until we know the details.
Don’t give them the details!

And Allah knows best

A Muslim asks a scholar

Is kissing, licking wife's feet or any other female's feet is halal?

And the scholar replies

It is permissible for a husband to kiss his wife’s foot as a way of foreplay, but he should not lick it as there is no need for doing so because this may lead to harm.
They’re afraid she might kick him in the face.  I wonder if that happened to the scholar…..hmmm

As regards doing so with other women, then it is not permissible to kiss their feet or touch any part of their body.
Lower gaze, but if the feet of a female get you excited, raise your gaze…or wear a one eyed burqa.

Allah Knows best

A Muslim asks a scholar
My husband happens to be attracted to feet. He likes to kiss my feet and have me step on him, I have no problem with this. However recently he asked me to step on him wearing high heels, I don’t find this normal, and worry if he may be hurt. Although painful i think, he seems to be fine with it. I try not to say no to his needs, What shall I do. Thank you.

And the scholar replies

We have decided it is permissible for a husband to kiss the feet of his wife as a way of foreplay.
Yep, we just read that fatwa.
As regards stepping on your husband with your feet while wearing shoes, then this is against the proper manners and it contradicts the Fitrah (natural disposition upon which Allah created mankind).
I need to get a copy of those proper manners…
It is known in the customs of the people that such an act is for humiliating the person in addition to the harm that this may cause to your husband.
But maybe he likes the ‘customs of the people’.
Therefore, you are not obligated to obey him in this regard, and if this act causes harm to him, then it is even more confirmed that you do not have to obey him. Indeed, it is confirmed that a Hadith of the Prophet said: “There should be no harm nor reciprocal harm.
I don’t think that this is what the prophet had in mind..
Bukhari said that someone said, that someone heard that Muhammad (might have said); ‘Verily, obedience should be only in what is permissible.’ Indeed, this conduct cannot be considered permissible’.
But the scholars didn’t put forth any evidence to prove this is not permissible.  They should have given her advice on how to keep her balance while standing on her husband in high heels.  That way she won’t get harmed.
Allah Knows best.
Oh, they don't believe that..
A Muslim asks a scholar
Kindly help me to resolve this problem. If worms (thread-worm) exits from the alimentary canal (anus) from a person when in state of wudu, does his wudu becomes null and void?

And the scholar replies

The scholars differed in opinion in regard to worms which come out of one’s anus.
Seriously??

The majority of the scholars are of the view that ablution (the mandatory washing of oneself before each prayer, also called ‘wudu’) becomes void if worms come out of one’s anus.
I think wudu would be the last thing on my mind if worms were coming out of my butt!

In addition to this, (all of these guys) ‘Attaa’, Al-Hassan, Abu Mijlaz, Al-Hakam, Hammaad, Al-Awzaa’i and Ibn Al-Mubaarak are of the view that ablution is obligatory if blood, worms, stones, and hair come out of the anus.
Stones and hair???....coming out of the anus??  EEEEEEK!!!

However, the Maaliki School is of the view that it does not invalidate ablution due to this kind (worms), because it is rare and it resembles what comes out of other parts of the body other than the private parts.
How can it be both ‘rare’ and at the same time ‘resemble what comes out of the other parts’?  I have never coughed up a hair ball.  I have never sneezed out a stone.

The scholars view is, if it comes out from the anus and it resembles the pre-seminal fluid
Ok guys, does your seminal fluid look like worms?
and it is rarely free from an impurity that is attached to it, so ablution becomes void due to the worms.
holy wormy crap!!

As the Prophet ordered the woman who is in a state of bleeding outside her monthly periods to perform ablution for every prayer although her bleeding is not regular.”
Nope, that is definitely not the same as butt worms

To conclude, your ablution is invalidated due to worms coming out of your anus.
To conclude, if you have worms, stones or hair coming out of your anus -- sees a doctor!
And for the record, the Quran only asks that you;

5:6 O you who believe! when you prepare for prayer, wash your faces, and your hands to the elbows; Rub your heads with water; and wash your feet to the ankles. If you are in a state of ceremonial impurity, bathe your whole body...'

17:110 Say: "Call upon Allah, God, or call upon Rahman: by whatever name ye call upon Him, it is well: for to Him belong the Most Beautiful Names. Neither speak thy Prayer aloud, nor speak it in a low tone, but seek a middle course between."
That verse isn’t used as often as it should be, pass it on

Allah Knows best
and these scholars are assholes

100 lashes if you don't die laughing

Some of you may know that I wrote a book and gave it the title, 'The Humor of Islam....you'll die laughing'.  The title was based on a sharia laughing law, where one extra ha could cause you big trouble.  It was the first book ever written on humor and Islam, and I'm happy to report that one has died.  Though it did scare the Jinn out of every publisher I showed it to.  The texts are all authentic even the un-reliable texts.  From Hadith to Sharia, it's all authentic and true.

Last week a French newspaper was fire bombed after running a cartoon supposedly of Prophet Mohammad, drawn by Charlie Hebo.  The caption says; "100 lashes if you don't die of laughter".
But Charlie decided to defend his right and "the freedom to poke fun" so he decided to run the cartoon again.  I would have done the same, but I would of added the following;

And for the record, the Quran is very clear on blasphemy, God will deal with it, not you....unless you think you're God's partner...do you think you're God's partner?

Go in peace, not in pieces.

Friday Freaky Fatwa--Saudi's fuqaha'd up scholars

A Muslim asks a scholarIs it permissible to show the eyes only in front of non-mahram men?
And the scholar replies
Praise be to Allah.

Yes, it is permissible for a woman to show her eyes. That is so that she will be able to see. But it is not permissible for men to look at the eyes of a woman.
Because she might be a jinn!

Shaykh ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Humayd (may Allah sit on him) said:

If the burqa covers the entire face, leaving only the eyes uncovered, there is nothing wrong with that. But if it does not cover the entire face, rather it covers the mouth and leaves the rest of the face uncovered that is not permissible, especially in the presence of non-mahram (men you can marry) men.
The only men who can see you are the men you can’t marry.

So the entire face must be covered, but the eyes may be left uncovered so that the woman can see where she is going, as was said by Ibn Mas’ood, ‘Ubaydah al-Salmaani and others.
And if they allowed seeing eye dogs, then there would be no need at all for a woman to see where she is going.

But other (Saudi) male scholars said the following;

And Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan (may Allah preserve him for the hellfire) said:

There is nothing wrong with covering the face with the niqaab or burqa’ [kinds of face veil] which has two openings for the eyes only, because this was known at the time of the Prophet, because there is a need for that. If nothing shows but the eyes, that is acceptable, especially if that is what women customarily wear in that society.
Translation; the 7th century was the best century ever.

Fataawa al-Mar’ah al-Muslimah,

But we should note that the majority of women, nowadays, do not stop at uncovering the eyes only, rather they go beyond that and uncover part of the forehead and nose, so they go beyond the area that it is permitted for them to show. Hence some of the scholars – such as Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen  – forbade wearing the burqa’ and niqaab, because of the careless attitude on the part of some women.
He is allowed to forbid and allow what Allah had not.  And it’s almost his feeding time.

And Allah knows best.
Allah thinks these laws are shirk

A Muslim asks a scholar

My question has to do with niqab. I read on your website and many Islamic websites that the niqab is fard (obligatory) and women must wear niqab, but they can leave their eyes uncovered so that they can see where they are going.
What concerns me is: is it obligatory for us to cover our eyes if I am not walking and there is no need to see where I am going

And the scholar replies

Praise be to Allah.

Firstly:  by now everyone should know that firstly means; they make it up.

What the woman must do is cover her face because of a great deal of sharia evidence which indicates that it is obligatory for the woman to cover her face in front of non-mahram men.
Because the scholars believe everyone is as perverted as they are.

And she has two ways in which she can cover: Either she may lower down on her face something that will cover it completely and not let anything of it show, and she can see through that cover.
Safety is not important.

or she may wear the niqab (face veil) which is that which covers the face but leaves the eyes uncovered.
They don’t want her blindly running into a man she could marry

Because Bukhari says: “The woman in ihram should not wear niqab or gloves.” The fact that the woman in ihram is forbidden to wear niqab indicates that it is permissible to wear it when not in ihram.
Shut up buky!

Hence the fuqaha’ and scholars said that it is permissible for a woman to wear niqab, but that is on condition that she does not go to extremes in uncovering the eye socket or show too much of the cheeks.
The scholars are so fuqha’d up.  There should be a law that says their mouths should always be covered up.

Imam al-Ramli ash-Shaafa‘i (may Allah sit on him, too) said:

It is haraam to look at a woman in niqab of whom nothing can be seen except her eyes, especially if she is beautiful. How much fitnah may be caused by looking at a woman’s eyes. End quote from Nihaayat al-Muhtaaj
Open quote.  Why aren’t they telling men to lower their gaze?  Women do not commit fitna, men who can’t control their damn selves commit fitna.

24:30 Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and to be mindful of their chastity: this will be most conducive to their purity – verily, God is aware of all that they do
If they pushed this message women could run around naked.

It says in Fataawa al-Lajnah ad-Daa’imah: With regard to the niqab: Abu ‘Ubayd said, describing the niqab according to the Arabs: it is that from which the eye appears. It was known by other names, including “burqa‘”. As for the ruling on it, it is permissible.
Not according to the Quran which says; religion should not be a burden

4:28  God wants to lighten your burdnes: for man has been created weak;;’
Notice how it doesn’t say; women we have to make religion a burden on you because men have been created weak?

Secondly:  Firstly sucked

The ruling that it is permissible for her to wear the niqab whether the woman needs to see where she is going or not, and whether she is sitting in a car or walking down the street.

Women, with or without niqab I hope you can ‘see’ that these scholars have been taking away your God given rights.  They teach men that they have no self control and you are punished because of their teachings.

And Allah knows best.
Compared to these scholars ALL of you know best
