And (it is forbidden unto you) that ye should have two sisters together, except what hath already happened (of that nature) in the past. Lo! Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.
Or married women unless you own them
4:24 And all married women (are forbidden unto you save those (captives) whom your right hands possess. It is a decree of Allah for you. Lawful unto you are all beyond those mentioned, so that ye seek them with your wealth in honest wedlock, not debauchery. And those of whom ye seek content (by marrying them), give unto them their portions as a duty. And there is no sin for you in what ye do by mutual agreement after the duty (hath been done). Lo! Allah is ever Knower, Wise.
Because…4:31 If ye avoid the great things which ye are forbidden, We will remit from you your evil deeds and make you enter at a noble gate.
Credit is forbidden with Muslims, but the real intent was usury. Muhammad used credit with a Jew and used his armor for collateral

To make Jesus a partner with God is forbidden
5:72 They surely disbelieve who say : Lo! Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary. The Messiah himself said : O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. More food restrictions

How food is eaten
6:119 How should ye not eat of that over which the name of Allah hath been mentioned, when He hath explained unto you that which is forbidden unto you, unless ye are compelled thereto. But lo! many are led astray by their own lusts through ignorance. Lo! thy Lord, He is best aware of the transgressors.

6:138 And they say: Such cattle and crops are forbidden. No one is to eat of them save whom We will--in their make believe--cattle whose backs are forbidden, cattle over which they mention not the name of Allah. All that is a lie against Him. He will repay them for that which they invent.
Food for men only
6:139 And they say: That which is in the bellies of such cattle is reserved for our males and is forbidden to our wives; but if it be born dead, then they all may be partakers thereof. He will reward them for their attribution ordinances unto Him. Lo, He is Wise, Aware.

You can’t kill your kids
6:140 They are losers who besottedly have slain their children without knowledge, and have forbidden that which Allah bestowed upon them, inventing a lie against Allah. They indeed have gone astray and are not guided.

Say: Hath He forbidden the two males or the two females, or that which the wombs of the two females contain; or were ye by to witness when Allah commanded you all this? Then who doth greater wrong than he who deviseth a lie concerning Allah, that he may lead mankind astray without knowledge. Lo! Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk.

And there you have it, the complete list of everything that is forbidden according to the Quran.
It is NOT forbidden to sin. Probably due to all Muslims being pre-destined for heaven or hell before they are born. Never the less, sinning is not recommended. Btw, the word sin is a Jewish word for mistake.
The next time you hear a Muslim say this or that is forbidden come back to this site if you don't find it on the forbidden list, demand the Muslim cite their source. If it's not from the Quran then it's from Sharia. And once you know it's from Sharia, demand they cite the hadith. You'll get a good laugh and you'll win your debate. Muslims are allowed under sharia to lie, especially if it shuts you up. So be prepared to demand their source/hadith for what they will claim is forbidden.
I will write a bolg on the Hijab. It's not in the Quran, but it is in Sharia. The hadith will show you why Muslims will not want to cite their source for Hijab.
