Friday Freaky Fatwa; Condom attack & Facebook

A Muslim asks a scholar

I have a retail business which sells condoms. Can you tell me if its harram to sell condoms to the kafir since they the only customers.
And the scholar replies

Praise be to Allah.

You have done well not to sell things that Allah has forbidden such as beer and pork. We ask Allah to bless you with a halaal provision and to compensate you with good.

The basic ruling is that it is permissible to sell condoms, unless the vendor knows or thinks it most likely that they will be used for haraam purposes, in which case it is not permissible to sell them.
Hey kafir, are you going to have zina with these condoms?  No.  I’m having Abdullah, do you know him?

The basic principle concerning that as Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah said  is: “Every garment which one thinks will most likely be used for sinful purposes, it is not permissible to sell it or sew it for one who will use it for sinful and wrongful purposes.”
It’s better to mind your own business.  Why do these (fake) scholars want you to cause trouble?

This does not apply only to clothes, rather it is general and applies to everything that may be bought or sold.
Clothes?  I must email this scholar; he seems to think condoms are clothing.

It is forbidden to sell tobacco and lottery tickets, and every product which is known to involve something that is haraam.
No it’s not.  Notice how they couldn’t back it up with Quran?

A Muslim asks a scholar
Is it allowed to use a condom or bith control pill? if so what are the conditions?  Why were the Companion doing this?
And the scholar replies
Praise be to Allah.

Firstly, what the Muslims should do is to try to have as many children as they can, because this is the command of the Prophet , who Abu Dawood said he said: “Marry the one who is loving and fertile, for I will be proud of your great numbers before the nations.”
But I doubt he would be proud of 57 mostly poor and uneducated Sharia nations.  Muhammad valued education.

Having more children increases the numbers of the ummah, and increasing the numbers of the ummah is a source of its glory, as Allah says, reminding the Children of Israel of His blessings:
15:6 “and made you more numerous in man-power”
And look how successful these children of Israel have become due to their high value of education!  Allah knows what these (fake) scholars do not know.  These scholars want you to be poor and uneducated, they must be challenged.

And Shu’ayb said to his people:

7:86 “And remember when you were but few, and He multiplied you”
WHAT?  Hey, Shuayb you left out a lot!
7:86 Lurk not on every road to threaten wayfarers, and to turn away from Allah's path him who believeth in Him, and to seek to make it crooked. And remember, when ye were but few, how He did multiply you. And see the nature of the consequence for the corrupters!
Isn’t this exactly what these scholars are doing?  Lurking on every road, turning you away from Allah and towards them?  Look at your lands! And see the nature of the consequence for the corrupters!

No one can deny that having a large number is a source of pride and strength for the ummah, contrary to what those pessimists think who say that large numbers causes poverty and starvation in a nation.
See how they lie to you?  It doesn’t have to be this way.  Be the change that alters the future.  Challenge the corruptors, the oppressors.  It starts with one..you.

If the ummah increases in number, puts its trust in Allah and believes His promises as mentioned in the aayah,

11:6 “And no moving (living) creature is there on earth but its provision is due from Allah”
It’s so easy for them to use one sentence to deceive so many.  The truth is the Quran is filled with verses on how Allah WANTS you to prosper and warns you that there will be some who will try and get in the way
18:20 "For if they should come upon you, they would stone you or force you to return to their cult, and in that case ye would never attain prosperity.
Do these scholars follow the Quran or the cult of the Hadith followers?

16:116 But say not - for any false thing that your tongues may put forth,- "This is lawful, and this is forbidden," so as to ascribe false things to Allah. For those who ascribe false things to Allah, will never prosper.
What these scholars tell you that is forbidden is not forbidden in the Quran.  And even if the say Muhammad forbid something, we should all know by now that Muhammad could not forbid what Allah has not. Hadith would have you believe that Muhammad is equal to Allah, a partner, who can forbid and allow what Allah has not.  Ask yourself, by following these Hadith, have you prospered?

10:69  Say: "Those who invent a lie against Allah will never prosper
And say this to anyone who forbids you something that Allah has not.

8:45 O ye who believe! When ye meet a force, be firm, and call Allah in remembrance much (and often); that ye may prosper
I believe this is in the Quran because Allah knew you’d be faced with the force of Hadith.

2:5 They are on true guidance, from their Lord, and it is these who will prosper
And whose guidance are you on?

2:16 These are they who purchase error at the price of guidance, so their commerce doth not prosper, neither are they guided.
Think about that.

Allah will make things easy for them and will grant them independence of means from His bounty. Based on that, the answer to your question is as follows:
Birth control pills:
A woman should not use birth control pills, unless the following conditions are met:
She should need to use them, for example if she is ill and cannot cope with a pregnancy every year, or she is physically unfit, or there is some other reason that getting pregnant every year may harm her.
Not many women can ‘cope’ with a pregnancy every year, nor should she be forced to.  She knows her body and her capabilities.  Her decision matters.  There is absolutely nothing in the Quran that backs up this false claim of the (fake) scholars..

Her husband should give his permission, because the husband has the right to have children. There must also be consultation with the doctor, to find out whether these pills are harmful or not.
The husband has the right to have children as soon as he grows a womb. This is a joint decision.

If these two conditions are met, there is nothing wrong with taking these pills, but that should not be on a permanent basis, because that means preventing having children.
Every good parent wants the best for their children and that includes more than the basics of food and shelter.  Education, love, time and nurturing are probably all equally important.  Poverty makes this nearly impossible.

And Allah knows best
these scholars don’t really believe that.

A Muslim asks a scholar

If I don’t use a condom can I use coitus interruptus?

And the scholar replies

With regard to coitus interruptus, or withdrawing during intercourse, the correct scholarly view is that there is nothing wrong with it, because of the Hadith of Jaabir:
“We used to practise coitus interruptus at the time when the Quran was being revealed” – i.e., at the time of the Prophet.  If that action had been forbidden, the Prophet would have forbidden it.
If there were no Hadith, wouldn’t know about this.  Pretend there is no Hadith.   The Quran says it’s complete.  Believe it.

But the scholars say that one should not engage in coitus interruptus with a free woman except with her permission, because she has the right to have children.
The scholars lead you to believe that you can still have slaves.  You can’t.

Moreover, withdrawing without her permission diminishes her pleasure, because the woman’s pleasure can only be completed after ejaculation.
Whaat???  Daayaam.  I feel sorry for his wife!  Just so you know, that is sooo not true!!

So not asking her permission causes her to lose out on pleasure and on the possibility of having children. Hence we state the condition that this may only be done with her permission.
because the woman’s pleasure can only be completed after ejaculation
I’m still laughing at that!

From Fatawa al-Shaykh Uthaymeen.
The reason why the Sahaabah (companions of Muhammad) engaged in coitus interruptus was because they did not want the woman – especially a slave woman – to get pregnant, so that they could continue to enjoy a physical relationship with them and the woman would still be able to do their work.
Gee, these sound like great guys, don’t they?  Pffft!

And Allah knows best
but these scholars believe the companions knew best

A Muslim asks a scholar

Can I add non-mahram women to my list of Facebook friends for the purpose of offering advice?
And the scholar replies
Praise be to Allah.
We do not think it is permissible for a man to add any women who are not his mahrams to his list of friends, and especially we do not think it is permissible to correspond with them and chat with them.
Especially if they give the same stupid advice as these (fake) scholars!

What is more dangerous is when you can see them. That is because this opens the door to fitnah for those who get involved in it, and the tragic consequences that result from forming relationships between men and women are too many to list and too well-known to need mentioning.
In other words, these scholars don’t trust any of you…probably because they themselves cannot be trusted.

The Muslim should not be deceived by the Shaytaan’s making these relationships attractive by claiming that they are for the purpose of da‘wah, exhortation, advice and helping others.
Helping others is bad, especially when you grow up being told that you can’t be trusted.  See how they affect your life?

If a man really is keen to call people to Islam, there are millions of his fellow males who need that, so he should hasten to add them and help them.
Because the Muslim men cannot be trusted?

The same might be said to sisters who want to help others: they have to do that their fellow females and leave calling and advising men to other men.
The scholars tell the men they can't be trusted and they tell the women they are stupid.  I would never say anything like that but,

here is what I would say to the men; Live above what those expect from you.
And to the women I suggest the following;

Live your life in such a way that when your feet hit the floor in the morning, Satan shudders and says, “Oh crap!! She’s awake!!
